Medical Office Definition - Ambulatory Surgery
At its regularly scheduled meeting on January 9, 2008, the Board of Medical Examiners voted to move forward on the following rule proposal, to be pursued as an emergency rule, and concurrently as a proposal subject to regular rulemaking processes. The proposal is not effective at this time and subject to additional review. This rule draft replaces and supercedes an earlier version on which interested members of the public made comment before the Board, and reflects the modifications made after Board discussion.
