GANDY, UNLICENSED 2. Two Postal Money Orders in the amounts of $100.00 each received from Mr. Gandy as the ninth and tenth installments of a civil penalty in the amount of $2,500.00 for violation of N.J.S.A. 45:5A-9 and N.J.A.C. 13:31-3.3. Dept Report received from the Division of Consumer Affairs reflecting Mr. Robak made a first and final payment towards a civil penalty the amount of $1,500.00 for violation of N.J.S.A. 45:1-21(e). Check in the amount of $1,000.00 received from Mr. Cafiero as the first and final payment towards a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000.00 for violation of N.J.S.A. 45:5A-9 and N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq. REINSTATEMENT FRANK A. MAGLIOLA, LICENSE #7207 7. Application for Reinstatement received from Mr. Magliola as he failed to renew his License #7207 for the 2000 to 2003; 2003 to 2006 and 2006 to 2009 triennial renewal periods. Mr. Magliola has provided copies of Continuing Education Certificates totaling 34 hours. CONTINUING EDUCATION GARY T. SARGENT 8. Sub-committee to review an application for Continuing Education Course/Seminar approval received from Mr. Sargent. LAWRENCE H. KOSDEN 9. Sub-committee to review an application for Continuing Education Course/Seminar approval received from Mr. Kosden. GREGORY D. PETERS 10. Letter dated February 7, 2008, received from Mr. Kempker who is requesting to teach on-line continuing education courses. RONALD PIKE, LICENSE #7528 16. Letter dated February 8, 2008, received from Mr. Pike, License #7528, requesting 10 continuing education credits towards his license renewal pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:31-1.7. COMMUNICATIONS CRAIG DANSON, LICENSE #10403 17. Letter dated February 22, 2008, received from Mr. Danson requesting a waiver of the Continuing Education Courses for the renewal of his License #10403 which he failed to renew for the 2006 to 2009 period. DIVISION OF LAW BILLING 18. Memorandum dated February 21, 2008, received from Darlene Kane, Budget Officer, Division of Consumer Affairs, stating that for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2008, the Electrical Board/Committee was directly billed for 94.6 hours of Deputy Attorney General/Paralegal services totaling $14,755.54. QUALIFIED JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN 19. Board to discuss amending N.J.A.C. 13:31-1.2(b2) Qualified Journeyman Electrician to parallel N.J.A.C. 13:31-2.1(a3) Qualifications of Applicant. The qualifications of a Qualified Journeyman Electrician do not reflect that the applicant shall have hands on experience working under the National Electrical Code. Therefore, a qualified journeyman electrician, who may or may not have experience working under the National Electrical Code, is supervising employees who are performing electrical work under the National Electrical Code. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:31-1.4( c ) "Supervision of Electrical Work" every ten employees who are performing electrical work at either one job site or who are performing electrical work at several jobs at different sites simultaneously shall be supervised, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:31-3.4(d), by a qualifying licensee or by a licensee or qualified journeyman electrician. SIGNED CEASE AND DESIST AGREEMENTS A signed cease and desist agreement was received from Michael Cafiero, High Bar Harbor, New Jersey. A signed cease and desist was received from Mark Rufolo, Rufolo Construction, Belle Mead, New Jersey, agreeing to include language in his advertisement that all electrical work is "performed by licensed electrical contractors".
