Check in the amount of $50.00 received from Mr. Alexander as the second installment of a civil penalty in the amount of $1,500.00 for violation of N.J.S.A. 45:5A-9 and N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq. LUIS RODRIGUEZ, UNLICENSED 3. Check in the amount of $4,000.00 received from Mr. Rodriguez as the first and final installment of a civil penalty in the amount of $4,000.00 for violation of N.J.S.A. 45:5A-9 and N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq. COMMUNICATIONS PINNACLE SECURITY 9. Letter dated March 20, 2008, received from Michelle Thomas, Licensing Manager, Pinnacle Security, requesting clarification of the licensing requirements for burglar and fire alarm installers and an electrical contractor?s license in order for the company to sell, install and monitor security systems in the State of New Jersey. DEVIN LAPENTA, LICENSE #15333 10. Signed acknowledgment received from Devin Lapenta, License #15333, t/a Arrow Electric South, acknowledging the formal reprimand against him in violation of N.J.S.A. 56:8-2 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 13:31-3.2. SIGNED CEASE AND DESIST AGREEMENT 11. A signed cease and desist agreement was received from Paulo Nascimento, Hillsborough, New Jersey, agreeing to include the language in his advertisement that all electrical work is "performed by licensed electrical contractors". A signed cease and desist agreement was received from Louis Rodriguez, Clifton, New Jersey.
