These Public Service Announcements were created and produced
by students from the County College of Morris.
They cover important consumer-related issues such as fraudulent charities,
phishing, unlicensed professionals, bait-and-switch scams and Internet fraud.
The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs would like to thank Professor Ray Kalas
