NOTICE OF PROPOSED REGULATIONS
Date of Proposal: May 2, 2005 Proposal Number: PRN 2005-158 Proposal Summary: The New Jersey State Board of Dentistry proposes to amend N.J.A.C. 13:30-8.1, which sets forth the Board’s fee schedule. The Board is proposing to increase initial and renewal fees for dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and dental branch offices. The Board is also proposing to increase the annual renewal fee for industrial or corporate dental clinic permits.
